As part of the 22nd edition of the largest trade fair for driving culture from February 23rd to 26th, the Vehicle Academy Schweinfurt is presenting its classic car seminars on the topics of bodywork, mechanics/electrics, upholstery work and classic car law
At the start of the 2023 driving culture season, the well-known and popular Schweinfurt vehicle academy will also be part of the party again in Stuttgart: the first address when it comes to professional knowledge transfer for working on classic cars. "Unfortunately, there is no longer anyone here in our company who is familiar with the old things" - many lovers of classic old and modern ones have heard this sentence regarding repairs carried out on the same vehicles. This is exactly where the Schweinfurt Vehicle Academy has been coming in for years and has been offering targeted seminars for young people in car workshops as well as private individuals, for example on handling and repairing contact ignition systems, adjusting the valve clearance, making body parts on a roller stretching machine and repairs to train worn seats. Works that were quite commonplace up until the 1970s and 1980s, but then threatened to die out without a trace. The seminars for beginners and refreshers, some of which last several days, help to obtain knowledge, pass it on and thus build up a professional offspring in the longterm so that classic cars of all years of construction can continue to do what they were built for together with their drivers: driving!
